The Parents Association are running a Summer raffle to aid the school in two specific projects.
1: Covid has changed the way that students move about the School and this has necessitated the purchase of a number of additional outdoor seating areas. These will be used by the students both this year and next year and well into the future.
2:The school is also embarking on works which will enhance and promote student wellbeing. These include projects to be carried out on the students' environment to make it more student focused . The school is working with the award winning Irish Artist , Julie Potter , to help to create designs for the school entrance areas, the stair areas and the main reception rooms where parents and teachers and students meet for a variety of reasons. Julie has already greatly enhanced the school with her amazing designs and there is a picture of her work on the library below.
We are hoping that this raffle can greatly add to the funds available to the redesign of these areas . Our usual two annual fundraisers , The summer fair and the Elm Park dinner , have both been cancelled and we were unable to run the summer fair last year . This is the only fundraiser available to us for the last two years.
We have some amazing prizes and we would very much appreciate any support that you can give.
